A. We strongly recommend you to check ‘Dimensions’ under “Spec & Manual” Tab to find the ideal size for your toilet pan.

Q. Must I hire a plumber to install the bidet?
A. No. All offered iZen Bidet products are designed for D.I.Y (Do It Yourself) and installation is as simple as 1,2,3 requiring no special skill or tools.

Q. How often do I need to replace water filter?
A. We recommend replacing water filter once a year.

Q. How do I clean under bidet?
A. iZen bidets are equipped with a self-cleaning system but the nozzle head can be replaced when needed.

Q. How does the warranty work?
A. iZen offers the highest quality bidets in the market. All of our products are made with high quality materials. It’s very rare that you might have a problem with your bidet seat. If you are experiencing problems, please contact us ASAP and someone will assist you. Should the problem require spare parts, we will send it otherwise we will request you to ship your bidet to us. Once the problem is fixed, we will ship your bidet back free of charge.

Q. Does a bidet require electricity?
A. Yes it does. Electrical power is required to operate the bidet.

Q. Can I use water from Rain-water tank?
A. No. Please only use water tapped from your main water supply directly to the bidet water tank.
